Custom-designed carpets are made specifically for the client. Once production begins, customization orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. Delivery timelines may vary based on design complexity.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR/USD (depending on region) and may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after receiving advance payment as mutually agreed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping. Delivery time depends on the destination and courier availability. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
Since carpets are handmade and often produced on order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged during transit. Proof of damage must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Each carpet is checked by our quality team before dispatch. Small irregularities are part of handmade craftsmanship and not considered defects.
